Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Kryven Legacy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

License and Apple Terms

Your License

Kryven Technologies LLC ("we," "us," "our") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Kryven Legacy on devices you own or control. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

Apple's Terms Apply

Your use of Kryven Legacy is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. In the event of conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall control.

Kryven Legacy uses Apple's iCloud service for syncing. Your use of iCloud is governed by:

• Apple's iCloud Terms and Conditions
• Apple's Privacy Policy

We are not responsible for Apple's iCloud service or any issues arising from your use of iCloud.

Because your data is encrypted on your device and stored in your iCloud account, you are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your device and Apple ID secure
• Maintaining backup passwords — we cannot recover them
• Creating and maintaining regular backups of your data
• The accuracy of information you store
• All activity through the App
• Compliance with applicable laws

Stored Data

Kryven Legacy is a personal reference tool — a digital roadmap to help your loved ones find what they need. It does not provide financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. Entries are for personal reference only. You may only store information you own or are authorized to possess.

Shared Vaults

You are solely responsible for the entire lifecycle of any shared vault — who you invite, what you share, and when you revoke access. Once shared, all participants can view the content. We cannot see or control shared vault membership. If a participant's device is compromised, shared data may be exposed — you accept this risk when choosing to share.

Warranties and Liability

No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your requirements.

Data Loss

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DATA LOSS, REGARDLESS OF CAUSE — INCLUDING DEVICE FAILURE, FORGOTTEN PASSWORDS, ICLOUD SERVICE ISSUES, OR ACCIDENTAL DELETION. Maintain regular backups.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Jurisdictional Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Changes and Contact

Refunds

All purchases are made through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Kryven Legacy offers a free tier and premium access through monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and a one-time lifetime purchase. All purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscription terms:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• Prices are subject to change; any price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period
• If your subscription expires, you retain read-only access to existing documents but premium features are disabled

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Kryven Technologies LLC regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
